• illegal logging or illegal trade of timber or timber products;
•   violation of human rights and traditions  on forest works;
• violation of forest conservation principles and values ​​on forest works;
• conversion of forests into plantations or significant changes in forest use;
• usage of genetically modified organisms during forestry work;
• violation of the basic convention of the ILO.

Capra OÜ complies with the core labor requirements of FSC employees:

• Does not use child labor, younger than 15 years;
• Does not apply forced or volunteer work;  employment contracts are voluntary;
• Does not use discrimination in hiring (based on qualifications) and in the work process (equal pay for equal contribution);
• Respects the right of workers to join and establish trade unions.
